Terms and Conditions of Registration

Standard 15% Buyers Premium will be effect to a maximum of $ 500.00 per item .

We will describe each item as well as possible and we “tell you what the seller tells us” . However be aware that Annett Auction assumes no responsibility for condition of any item and in no way warranties any piece . All sales are final .

Items must be paid for in full within 7 days of the sale and removed from the sale site in this time frame or have reservations made with Annett Auction if the item must remain longer .

Loading assistance will be provided at Annett Auction .

Purchasers of Firearms and Ammunition must present their own valid PAL card at pickup and the paid invoice will read in their own name . All firearms are on display in locked cabinets during office hours , vaulted each night , and under video surveillance at all times .
